🔴 Piles (Hemorrhoids – Arsha) – Pathya and Apathya

✅ Pathya (Recommended):
- Fiber-rich foods: Green leafy vegetables, whole grains, fruits like papaya and banana
- Warm water intake throughout the day
- Triphala or Isabgol husk for bowel regulation
- Light, easily digestible meals (mung dal khichdi, vegetable soups)
- Regular morning walks
- Use of Indian-style toilet
❌ Apathya (To Avoid):
- Spicy, oily, and fried foods
- Red meat and processed foods
- Alcohol, smoking, and excessive caffeine
- Prolonged sitting or standing
- Late-night meals or overeating
🔴 Fissure (Parikartika) – Pathya and Apathya

✅ Pathya (Recommended):
- Soft and moist foods like rice gruel, porridge, boiled vegetables
- Ghee with warm milk for lubrication
- Warm sitz bath daily
- Plenty of water (at least 3-4 litres daily)
- Soothing herbs like Yashtimadhu (licorice), Triphala
❌ Apathya (To Avoid):
- Constipating foods (maida, cheese, potatoes)
- Skipping meals or irregular eating habits
- Tight clothing around the waist
- Cold and dry foods
- Holding the urge to defecate
🔴 Fistula (Bhagandhara) – Pathya and Apathya

✅ Pathya (Recommended):
- Fresh fruits and vegetables, green gram soup
- Turmeric milk and neem-based decoctions
- Warm water with turmeric

- Light exercise like yoga

- Excess sugar and fried snacks
